Naan-Style Flatbread (Sandra Lee)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp cumin seed
  • 1/2 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds

Directions:

  1. 1 (14-ounce) can pizza crust
  2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside.
  3. Remove pizza crust from can and unroll onto baking sheet. Using your hands, press out the dough until it is approximately 1/4-inch thick. Brush the dough with melted butter and sprinkle with seeds.
  4. Bake until lightly golden, about 10 to 12 minutes. Cut into serving size pieces.
  5. Cook's Note: Naan is an Indian white flour flatbread that is lightly leavened by yeast.
