My Favorite Graham Crust

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cup graham crumbs
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • for a chocolate crust add 5 tablespoons cocoa
  • for a peanut butter crust replace the 1/2 cup melted margarine with 1/2 cup melted peanut butter and 2 tablespoons melted margarine

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and press into pie plate.
  2. Bake at 350 for 7 minutes.
  3. Let cool.
  4. For a 9x13 pan I make as above plus add 1/2 a recipe. I hope that makes sense LOL!
