Mushrooms/ Smoked Salmon Bruschetta

  1. Slice the bread and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Put the slices in the oven and broil until toasted with a golden color, this should take about 5 minutes in a hot oven, keep an eye on them so they won't burn.
  3. Make the pastes by mixing the ingredients of each one in a food processor. (1st make the mushroom paste, wash the container and then 2nd the salmon paste)
  4. Spread an even amount of paste on each slice.
  5. Arrange the slices in plates and serve.
