Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup dry vermouth
  • 1 lb mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Put mushrooms in a jar. Mix ingredients well. Pour over mushrooms, seal and store in refrigerator. Will keep up to two months.
