Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Split the muffins in half and toast on both sides.
  2. Spread the cut side with plenty of fruit chutney. Top with capscium and mozarella cheese.
  3. Grill until cheese is melted and golden.
  4. Cut into halves or quarters and serve hot.
