Multi Grain Hot Cereal w/ Fresh Fruit

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Place Water and Cereal in saucepan. Bring to boil over high heat. Reduce Heat to simmer; cook for 1-2 minutes stirring occasionally. Divide in half in bowls. Add 1/2 honey, flaxseed & fruit to each serving.
