Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash and drain hominy.
  2. Add milk and cook ,low for about 20 minutes,until hominy is soft.
  3. Add Eagle Brand,coconut milk and peanuts.
  4. Simmer for about 10 minutes,stirring,off and on.
  5. Transfer into serving bowls and chill.Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Note: this one I found for a friend.
