Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pop corn either in a kettle with 1/2tbs coconut butter or in air popper. Place popped corn in a large bowl.
  2. Heat oven to 200°F.
  3. Prepare large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Melt margarine, brown sugar, syrup, and salt in a pot over medium/high heat.
  5. When mixture starts to boil, turn down to low and continue boiling for 5 minute.
  6. Remove pot from stove top and stir in baking soda. The mixture might start to bubble.
  7. Immediately pour over popcorn and mix in, you have to act quickly so that it mixes well. Be careful as it is extremely hot to touch.
  8. Pour mixture on baking sheet and place in oven for one hour.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool. When cool break in to smaller pieces.
