Mrs. Spugnardi's Pecan Tarts

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup pecans

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix sugars and flour.
  3. Beat in eggs throughly.
  4. Add milk and vanilla.
  5. Add melted slightly cooled butter.
  6. Add pecans.
  7. Pour in to pastry tart shells.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Cool on rack for at least 10 minutes to set the filling.
