Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare noodles as directed on package.
  2. Rinse, drain & set aside.
  3. Crumble sausage into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  4. Stir in onion & green pepper and cover.
  5. Microwave on high for 5-7 minutes or until sausage is no longer pink, stirring once to break apart.
  6. Drain & then combine sausage mixture with noodles & remaining ingredients all except the cheese.
  7. Recover and microwave on high for 6-8 minutes or until heated through & flavors are blended.
  8. Stirring once sprinkle cheese over casserole.
  9. Microwave uncovered on high for 2-3 minutes or until cheese melts.
