Ingredients:

  • 2 cups long grain rice
  • 3 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce or 3 tbsp regular soy sauce
  • 1 (10 oz) can mushrooms (undrained )
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) package onion soup mix
  • 3 1/2 cups water

Directions:

  1. Combine all in large covered casserole dish.
  2. Bake at 350 for 1 hour - or until rice is tender.
