Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • reynolds wrap foil

Directions:

  1. Skin and dice 1 fresh peach and 1 fresh pear.
  2. In a bowl sprinkle 1 tsp lemon juice over the fruit and toss. Let fruit sit while you whip the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Soften the 2 packages of cream cheese.
  4. Whip cream cheese and 1/4 C powder sugar.
  5. Add 1 Tbsp honey to cheese mixture.
  6. Drain any access juice from fruit and fold in cheese mixture.
  7. Take a 1 qt container and line bottom and sides with Reynolds Wrap Foil.
  8. Sprinkle 1 Cup sliced almonds across the bottom.
  9. Spread Cream Cheese mixture over the top of Almonds.
  10. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  11. Lift Spread out of container and flip over onto a serving plate, gently peal the foil off the spread for serving.
