Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup shortening
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Mix shortening and salt
  2. Add 1 cup flour and mix until fluffy
  3. Add water and the rest of flour
  4. Mix until it clings together
  5. Shape into a ball and cut in half
  6. Roll out 1/2 on floured surface
