Mom's Old Fashion Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup hershey's cocoa
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 4 1/2 tsp parkay margarine
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix cocoa, sugar, salt, and milk together in heavy saucepan.
  2. Boil to soft ball stage .
  3. Add margarine and cool.
  4. Add vanilla and beat until stiff.
  5. Pour into well greased 8x8 or 9x9 pan.
