Ingredients:

  1. To make mix, cream butter and sugar together until well combined. Add ice cream and mix together until the mix is an even consistancy. Store in a container in the freezer.
  2. Note that this makes quite a lot of mix, but it can be scaled back.
  3. To make each serving of hot buttered rum, place a heaping tablespoon of mix into a mug. Add 1 ounce of rum (give or take, according to taste!) and fill mug with boiling water. Place cinnamon stick in mug to use to stir the ingredients together.
