Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Bring the butter, sugar and milk to a slow boil.
  2. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted.
  3. Use to frost brownies, chocolate cake- whatever your little heart desires!
