Mom's Delicious Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 can 15 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1 can 28 oz. whole tomatoes
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 15 oz water

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef in skillet, adding minced onions while browning.
  2. In large pot, combine tomato sauce, water (you can fill the tomato sauce can with water and pour in), and whole tomatoes. Chop the tomatoes as small as you like with a spatula.
  3. Once the ground beef is browned, add it to the pot. Add sugar and salt.
  4. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered 1/2 to an hour. Sauce will be thin but delicious! Add to your favorite noodles and serve!
