Mom's Chicken Noodle Dish

Ingredients:

  • 1 large fat hen , cut into pieces and cooked until tender
  • 1 cup chicken fat , as needed
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 cups broth
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (12 oz) package noodles, cooked and rinsed
  • 1 can mushroom
  • 1 can pimiento (optional)

Directions:

  1. Top with Bread crumbs.
  2. Bake 1 hour slowly.
  3. 325 degree oven.
