  3. Add oil and stir well
  4. Add eggs one at a time, continue stirring between each
  5. Add carrots
  6. Batter will be very thick
  7. Bake 35 minutes at 350
  8. Frosting
  9. Blend butter & cream cheese
  10. Add sugar & vanilla
  11. Blend until smooth & creamy
  12. Stir in nuts
