Mom's Badass Potato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 6 large potatoes
  • 8 eggs
  • 3 tsp of mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 8 spoons of sweet relish
  • pinch paprika

Directions:

  1. Wash potatoes well, cut in half and boil for 40-45 mins.
  2. Boil eggs (15 mins) while potatoes cook
  3. Let sit in cool water, crack shell and cut eggs into dice size pieces.
  4. Let potatoes cool off on counter for 30 mins, peel skin and dice.
  5. Add potatoes, seasonings, Mayo, eggs and mix well. Add more seasonings to taste and enjoy! :)
