Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oleo
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup coconut

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 375°F.
  2. Roll in 1-inch balls.
  3. Place on greased cookie sheet.
  4. Press with fork.
  5. Bake 10-12 minutes.
