Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream together butter and sugar until well blended.
  2. Add egg and continue beating until fluffy.
  3. Add next 3 ingredients and blend in well.
  4. Meanwhile, Sift dry ingredients together and gradually stir them into the wet ingredients until well blended.
  5. Chill dough 2-3 hours until firm.
  6. Roll out on floured surface and place on cookie sheet.
  7. Add raisin as garnishment.
  8. Bake 375 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.
  9. Cool on wire rack.
