Ingredients:

  • 1 lb dry beans
  • 6 cup water
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup celery
  • 3 cups tomatos

Directions:

  1. Soak dry beans overnight
  2. Cook to tender before adding vegetables
  3. Add vegetables
  4. Add seasoning to taste
  5. Works really well in the crock-pot
