6 c water
1 large onion
1 cup carrots
1 cup celery
3 cups tomatos
Directions:
1. soak dry beans overnight
2. Cook to tender before adding vegetables
3. add vegetables
4. add seasoning to taste
5. works really well in the crock-pot
