Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 inch) flour tortillas , cut into short, thin strips
  • 1 tsp honey
  • cooking spray
  • whipped topping, refrigerated, in spray can

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine tortilla strips, honey, and cinnamon; gently toss to coat.
  4. Place strips in a single layer on prepared baking sheet and lightly coat with cooking spray.
  5. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until strips are lightly browned.
  6. Divide strawberries and blueberries into serving dishes and top with whipped topping.
  7. Garnish with baked tortilla strips and serve immediately.
