Miss Phyllis' Old South Butermilk Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oleo, melted
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour , rounded
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup buttermilk

Directions:

  1. Cream together eggs, sugar and flour.
  2. Add melted oleo. Beat well. Then add buttermilk and vanilla. Pour into an unbaked pie shell and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
