Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 375 degree oven roast eggplant and garlic
  2. Last 10 minutes add tomato
  3. In pan add oil
  4. Add onion
  5. Add spices
  6. Add tomato paste
  7. Add veggies from oven that have been peeled mash them
  8. Cook this down add liquid smoke not to much just a drop
  9. Move to side cook eggs half way stir into eggplant
  10. Serve with heated bread.
