Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 medium zucchini , cut into 1/2-inch slices (about 7 cups)
  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat and add the remaining ingredients. Stir until mixed and saute for 15 minutes or to desired tenderness.
