Ingredients:

  • 1 jigger (1 1/2 oz) gin
  • 1/2 to 2/3 cup chilled seltzer
  • sprig of mint

Directions:

  1. In a tall glass filled with ice, combine gin and pineapple juice and fill the glass with the seltzer. Bruise 1 or 2 mint leaves from the sprig of mint; stir them into the drink. Garnish with the remaining mint sprig.
