Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place 1st 4 inredients in a bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the Mint, lemon and olives to the mince mixture and mix to combine all ingredients.
  4. Form mixture into patteis and fry over heat until cooked through.
  5. This mix can also be used to make rissoles ;-).
  6. Or to make Pizza beef burgers add 1/2 cup tomato paste with 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese, 2 teaspoons chopped basil and 2 tablespoons water to the beef mince mix!
