Mint Brownie Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp mint extract
  • green food coloring
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 1/2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Bake brownie mix according to package directions,in a greased 9 round cake pan, let cool completely.
  2. Mix mint extract, green food colouring and icing, spread over baked brownie.
  3. Mix powdered sugar, cocoa, water, butter and vanilla pour over mint icing, let cool,
  4. Slice and enjoy.
