Ingredients:

  • 3-1/2 cup biscuit mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-1/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. IN A LARGE BOWL MIX BISCUIT MIXAND CHEESE
  2. BEAT EGGS , MILK , STIR INTO CHEESE MIX , JUST UNTIL MOIST
  3. POUR INTO 4 GREASED AND FLOURED LOAG PANS
  4. BAKE AT 350 FOR 40 MINS OR UNTIL CENTER IS DONE
  5. COOL FOR 10 MINS
  6. SLICE WARM
