Mile High Memphis Style Barbecue Nachos

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) bag tortilla chips
  • 1 four once can pickled jalapeno pepper, drained

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Spread a single layer of tortilla chips on a baking sheet
  3. Drizzle with cheese and barbecue sauce and top with a few spoonfuls of meat.
  4. Make two more layers the same way.
  5. Bake about ten minutes until cheese is bubbly and nachos are heated through.
  6. Top with jalepeno slices.
