Middle Eastern Lentil Pilav

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup bulgur
  • 5 g raisins
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of mint

Directions:

  1. Soak lentils.
  2. Saute onions. Add bouillon cube if desired.
  3. Add lentils and water.
  4. Add bulgur, small raisins and red peppers.
  5. Boil until everything is soft. Drain if extra water.
  6. Add cinnamon and mint.
  7. Serve.
