Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 eggs beaten with a fork
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Butter a baking dish and set aside.
  2. Use a cup and put cornstarch in cup then add 1/2 cup milk and mix with a spoon.
  3. In large bowl add cornstarch milk mixture, remaining milk, sugar, eggs, corn and salt.
  4. Mix by hand with a spoon then pour mixture into dish and add butter on top.
  5. Do not cover then microwave on high 8 minutes then remove and stir completely.
  6. Microwave on high 9 minutes then remove and serve.
