  1. Flatten rolls onto an ungreased 10x15 baking pan. Seal the seams. BAke at 375 F for 8-10 minutes. Cool.
  2. Meanwhile, combine the cream cheese and sour cream. Spread over cooled crust.
  3. Brown beef in skillet and drain off greease. Stir in taco seasoning and add water according to the package intructions. Simmer 5 minutes. Spread meat over cream cheese layer. Layer olives, tomatoes, cheese, and lettuce. Cut into serving size pieces and refrigerate or serve immediately.
