Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine Picante Sauce and water in a 10 or 12 inch skillet.
  2. Stir in pasta and ground beef. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, uncover, stir gently and let stand for five minutes.
  4. Stir in sour cream. Serve immediately and top with cheese.
  5. For a sweeter version: Substitute 1lb. cooked, cubed chicken for the ground beef, and peach or pineapple salsa for the chunky picante sauce.
