Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown hamburger, drain,
  2. Add chopped onion, taco seasoning packet, chili powder and green enchilada sause
  3. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes
  4. In a 9x13 casserole dish-begin layering
  5. Spread 1/2 can of red enchilada sause on bottom of casserole dish
  6. Layer half of meat mixture
  7. Tortilla shells to cover
  8. Refried beans
  9. Rest of 1st can of red enchilada sause
  10. Layer rest of meat mixture
  11. Tortilla shells
  12. Can of red enchilada sause
  13. Shredded cheese
  14. Bake at 450 for 30 to 40 minutes
  15. Let casserole rest for 1o to 15 minutes
  16. Serve with optional sour cream, cilantro, and salsa to taste
