Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Collect all methi leaves and chop them into small pieces.
  2. Take 200 gms chapati atta.
  3. Mix with methi leaves.
  4. Add jeera, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and youghrt and cooking oil.
  5. Mix it well.
  6. Add sufficient amount of water to make a soft dough.
  7. Keep it for 15 minutes.
  8. Then take small ball from the dough and roll it like paratha.
  9. Place on hot pan.
  10. Turn it simultanously till it gets golden brown colour.
  11. Methi paratha is ready.
  12. Serve it with pickles or Baghara Dahi.
