Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • few drops of yellow food coloring

Directions:

  1. Combine cream, lemon juice and condensed milk in a large bowl.
  2. Chill several hours. Stir in sugar and whip until the mixture is very thick and heavy.
  3. Pour into crystal serving bowl or spoon into individual serving dishes.
  4. Refrigerate covered until firm at least two hours.
