Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. Combine beef, turkey in bowl. Add garlic, eggs, cheese,parsley, salt and pepper. Blend bread crumbs into mixture. Slowly add the water 1/2 cup at a time. The mixture should be very moist but still hold its shape if rolled into meatballs. Shape into meatballs. Heat oil in large skillet. Fry meatballs in batches. When mtballs are very brown and slightly crispy, remove from heat and drain on paper towel. Add to tomato pasta sauce and simmer.
