Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce ( really it is up to you , i like mine hotter)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 20 fried shrimp (the frozen shrimp that come already battered are perfect)

Directions:

  1. You can be authentic and use real Japanese Mayonnaise (Kewpie), but good old Hellman's works fine too.The Sriracha hot sauce is the secret ingredient (the one with the rooster on the bottle!).
  2. Mix Sriracha with mayo and paprika. Set aside. Deep fry your shrimp and simply toss the volcano sauce in a mixing bowl with the shrimp.
