Ingredients:

  • 2 -3 medium fresh yams
  • 3 tbsp butter or 3 tbsp margarine
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Peel and cut yams into cubes.
  2. Boil until tender (about 30 mins).
  3. Drain.
  4. Add butter, sugar, cinnamon.
  5. Mix until smooth (I use the hand mixer but my mom prefers the stand mixer).
