Marty's Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 (16 oz) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground round
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 4 oz mushroom pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Brown onions and peppers in olive oil.
  2. Remove and add to crock pot.
  3. Brown ground round and drain on paper towel.
  4. Add to crock pot.
  5. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and spices to crock pot.
  6. Cook for 4 hours.
  7. Add mushrooms.
  8. Cook 2 additional hours.
