  1. Place the soy sauce, apple juice, onion, garlic, and salt in a blender. Pulse until the mixture has a consistency a bit more runny than apple sauce.
  2. Place the marinade and steak in a zip lock bag for at least 4 hours.
  3. Grill on high heat to personal preference.
