Ingredients:

  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic , slivered
  • 3 thin slices lemon
  • 1/4 cup wine vinegar
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup. olive oil

Directions:

  1. In a wide-mouthed jar with a lid, combine all ingredients except oil. Add enough oil to cover ingredients. Secure lid. Refrigerate at least 24 hours to blend flavors before serving.
