Directions:

  1. Mix wine, peach schnapps, cranberry juice, and lemon juice.
  2. Slice apples and place in juices.
  3. Refrigerate and marinate overnight.
  4. To serve, drain and place in a small bowl.
  5. Serve with crackers and an assortment of small cheese wedges.
