Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Chop walnuts. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl with wooden spoon. Add oil, syrup and maple flavoring. Mix together thoroughly using the back of a spoon. Distribute the mixture evenly onto 3 cookie sheets. Place in the oven and bake or 45-60 minutes stirring every 15 minutes. I often stir mine only once so I get big chunks in my granola. Once you take the granola out of the oven, cool completely before eating or storing in an airtight container.
