Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place chicken in a 8 x 8 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick spray (or lightly greased).
  3. Cover and bake 20 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, combine maple syrup, Dijon mustard, sage, salt and pepper.
  5. Remove chicken from oven.
  6. Add vegetables to the pan.
  7. Baste with syrup mixture.
  8. Return to oven.
  9. Bake uncovered for 60 minutes more, or until the chicken is well glazed and cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  10. Baste frequently with syrup mixture while baking.
