Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 2 cups mango pulp
  • 2 tsp brown sugar or 2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom (optional)

Directions:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and whirl until incorporated.
  2. Serve immediately.
